1. About Us

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the virtual office address services provided by The Virtual Collective Ltd, trading as Elevare ("we", "us", "our"), a company registered in England and Wales under company number 14067330. Our registered office address is 66 Paul Street, London, EC2A 4NA. Our VAT registration number is GB410876308.

By completing our sign-up form and making payment, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in full. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

2. Services

We provide virtual office address services in partnership with Hoxton Mix, including:

  • Registered Office Address at 66 Paul Street, London, EC2A 4NA
  • Trading and Business Address
  • Director Service Address
  • AI-powered mail scanning and management via Hoxton Mix's HaiRo™ system

Service delivery, mail management, and address fulfilment is carried out by Hoxton Mix on our behalf. By purchasing this service you also agree to be bound by Hoxton Mix's own terms of service.

3. Eligibility and Identity Verification

To use our services you must be at least 18 years of age and be legally authorised to act on behalf of the business you are registering. We are required by law to verify your identity under Anti-Money Laundering (AML) regulations. You agree to provide accurate identity documentation when requested. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your service if satisfactory verification cannot be completed.

4. Pricing and Payment

All prices are subject to VAT at the standard rate of 20%.

  • Monthly plan: £23.00 + VAT (£27.60 inc. VAT) per month
  • Annual plan: £216.00 + VAT (£259.20 inc. VAT) per year

Payment is processed securely via Stripe (card payments) or GoCardless (Direct Debit). By proceeding to payment you authorise the relevant amount to be collected in accordance with your chosen plan. All payments are processed in GBP.

5. Cancellation and Refunds

Monthly plans may be cancelled at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are issued for partial months.

Annual plans are non-refundable once the service has been activated. If you cancel an annual plan, your service will remain active until the end of the paid period.

To cancel, please contact us at hello@theonethreegroup.co.uk with at least 7 days' notice before your next renewal date.

6. Acceptable Use

You may not use our address services in connection with any unlawful activity, including but not limited to fraud, money laundering, or any activity that breaches UK law. We reserve the right to terminate your service immediately and without refund if we reasonably believe the address is being used for unlawful purposes.

7. Mail Handling

Mail management is provided by Hoxton Mix. We accept no liability for loss, delay, or mishandling of mail by Hoxton Mix or any third-party postal service. Mail is stored for 30 days digitally. Physical forwarding is available on request and may incur additional charges.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Virtual Collective Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or special loss arising from the use of our services, including but not limited to loss of business, loss of revenue, or reputational damage. Our total liability to you in any 12-month period shall not exceed the total fees paid by you during that period.

9. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. We will notify you of material changes by email. Continued use of the service after notification constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
